KEY DETAILS
- Conversion of the historic Widows’ Home, built in 1843 for use as an orphanage and later used as a home for widows who had lost their husbands in the Civil War, into 24 units of both apartments and townhomes
- twelve foot ceilings, and new HVAC systems and kitchens, and a community room.
