Mistick Construction has a strong commitment to safety and we have been rewarded for our efforts with an insurance modifier well below the industry norm.
Weekly safety meetings are held at all Mistick Construction jobsites with our own employees and subcontractors to stress the importance of jobsite safety.
All Mistrick Construction project sites receive periodic visits from our safety committee. Our staff is well-trained and we maintain industry relationships that keep us up to date on current standards in order to ensure safe working conditions.
QUALITY CONTROL
Mistick Construction is committed to delivering a quality final product through time tested monitoring and implementation procedures. These begin in the pre-construction phase with constructibility reviews, materials and systems investigations, and sub-contractor selection.
We provide as many full scale mock-ups as required, often even before construction begins, to give everyone a better understanding of the final product.
After construction begins, we conduct a series of pre-installation conferences to coordinate work within each trade and among the various trades, we maintain a clean and safe jobsite and we employ detail oriented field supervision.

Our commitment does not end with the completion of the project. While our robust quality control program strives to eliminate future issues, occasionally a warranty need may arise. When it does, that becomes our top priority, minimizing any inconvenience to our clients.
