We find these resources to be invaluable and will engage them routinely during the preconstruction process. As a member of the project team, Mistick is able to help resolve many potential problems at the design stage before they become more costly if not dealt with until the construction delivery phase. These meticulous reviews, done in cooperation with the Client and Architect, will yield the absolute maximum value for the Client.
As a full service construction services provider, we work closely with the entire project team from project concept to completion. We understand how important it is for projects to come in on time and on budget so we provide timely, accurate, administrative purchasing and scheduling support for the field operations. Our general superintendent, safety director and warehouse personnel directly support our field operations. This hands-on approach helps to maintain high quality construction and keeps your project on schedule.
