- Completed in four phases, a total of 225 units which include a mixture of townhomes, duplexes and quadplexes as well as some single family units.
- The unit mix includes two, three, four and five bedroom residences, with many UFAS Compliant units.
- The residential palate of exterior finishes include 4″ smooth face masonry, cast stone water table, 4″ lap vinyl siding, covered porches with circular columns and railing, and asphalt shingle roofs.
- 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse at the entrance to the community
Special features:
- Garfield Commons is a part of Pittsburgh’s re-stabilization program and is a major part of the Garfield neighborhood’s revitalization.
- Formerly a blighted “barracks style” public housing development, the new mixed-income development brings vibrancy back into this community and is designed to integrate beautifully into the existing naturally sloped site.
