- Four story apartment building is a wood frame structure with exterior finishes that include a mix of masonry veneer, composite aluminum and corrugated metal panels and composite wood and polymer siding
- 50 one bedroom units and 3 two bedroom units adaptable units
- Each unit is equipped with mini-blind window treatments, wall-to-wall carpeted living areas, energy efficient appliances, individually controlled hear and air conditioning and digital availability for phone, cable, satellite and computer
- Common spaces include a very upscale community area with ceramic floors and two-story open area, resident lounges scattered throughout the building, a laundry area and a tenant storage space.

Special Features:
- Each unit is equipped with a Personal Emergency Rescue System (PERS) providing communication to and access by emergency medical responders since the building serves seniors
- Poor soil conditions required deep foundations. Working with the soils engineer, Mistick Construction determined Controlled Modulus Columns to be the most cost effective foundation system.
